I cant recommend Kiki enough for a hydra facial! I have been getting facials for as long as I can remember, but hadn’t felt like I found someone great since I moved to the Boston area until Kiki. She takes the time to talk with you about your skin care, habits, and full picture maintenance to make sure you have a skin tool-kit that works for YOU. Not to mention the confidence I come out of each facial with all because of her incredible energy!!! My skin has never been better.
Kiki- the owner and service provider- is very customer-focused and detail-oriented. I had a HydraFacial with dermaplaning and back facial. It had been about 8 months since I’d had any facial services anywhere so I was long overdue. I found her business on Groupon but didn’t purchase a Groupon- connected with her directly to schedule. Kiki was personable and custom tailored my Hydrafacial to meet my skin goals. She makes you feel comfortable and goes the extra mile during your treatment. Will be a returning customer!
I just had the best HydraFacial. My super dry skin has never felt so hydrated or had such a glow. The service was terrific, with time spent getting to know my skin care routine and my skin needs. I've already booked my next appointment.
I purchased a Groupon and it would not allow me to book on line so I called the business and the woman was very snarky asking why I couldn’t book etc. she told me I needed to read her policy to pay an extra $25 to book (for a deposit) She was very dismissive and told me to cancel my order. Not helpful at all it was ridiculous! I have not had to leave a bad review for services but this exchange warranted it.
