I have been a loyal member since Dec 2024. In February, I was informed that the business is pausing and memberships were paused as a result. I have reached out via email, text and IG messages to inquire about refunding the balance of my account and haven't received an answer. I noticed my account was charged my membership fee for March despite communication that memberships were paused. There is no way to cancel the membership without contacting them and they are not responding to ANY communication.
House Nico appears to have gone out of business and is continuing to charge for their memberships with no way to cancel. Reporting them everywhere I can. Buyer be ware.
Such a great experience! Autumn did my injections and made everything feel easy and comfortable from start to finish. Communication was clear and thoughtful, and the space is so cute and welcoming. All around wonderful visit. I’ll definitely be back!
**I WILL NOT RETURN ** My appointment was confirmed. I was advised who I was going to see that day. I showed up to my appointment 5 minutes prior and no one was there to open the door or greet me. I called the number on the website and it also says to text I did BOTH. No response at all as of today. I had already been there a few times between last year and this year.
I previously left a 5-star review for this company. I had been going to this company for over 2 years. For what was supposed to be my most recent appointment, they contacted me via text message with less than 2 hours notice asking to reschedule. I had already taken time off of work and hired my nanny for my daughter for the time I was going to be out (as I live about 45 mins away).
