The movers were on time, friendly, efficient and completed the move in 2 hours less than the time quoted on the estimate. We had a small mishap during our move in which one of our office desks was broken. The owner of the company did reach out to us after the move and we were able to reach an agreement that I was happy with! Things happen, not everything can go perfect every time, but I appreciated the owner of the company reaching out personally to get the issue resolved.

Everything was going well until they informed me they broke my standup desk during the move. They ripped the table top off the stand. $250 desk and they offered $50 off the bill or we could submit a claim online. We decided to submit a claim online and emailed the support email but have heard nothing back. They also ran out of packing material and requested to use ours. Then left trash on the front and back patio. You're basically on your own if they break something.
Kevin and his crew did a great job helping us move last month. They made a stressful time much more bearable. When you are ready to move, give them a call!
