Great place very kind and helpful staff and dentist
I showed up 8 minutes early with the requested paperwork. People come in and I start chatting with them, exchanging stories, as they both get called back before me even though I arrived first, I was a little perplexed, but waited patiently. The receptionist keeps calling me to the front because she can't find my insurance policy, even though I had shown her my card (digital as it was on my phone). Called to ask about Invisalign treatment- DO NOT GO TO FOR INVISALIGN! Just my consult would have been $314 plus the treatment of $2000. This is a rip off. The worst one I’ve ever heard. Smile Doctors in Knoxville offers FREE consults with $1200 treatment cost. This was ridiculous and hilarious to hear.
Staff has been very friendly and knowledgeable both education wise and with hacks that helped me get past my trigger happy gag reflex.
