I had such a good experience with their office. I got in right away and very personable and friendly staff. Dr Osborne was wonderful. I really appreciated their expertise and they took time to answer all my questions. Also were timely in getting my needs taken care of. I was very grateful they took my dental insurance.

I showed up 8 minutes early with the requested paperwork. People come in and I start chatting with them, exchanging stories, as they both get called back before me even though I arrived first, I was a little perplexed, but waited patiently. The receptionist keeps calling me to the front because she can't find my insurance policy, even though I had shown her my card (digital as it was on my phone). Called to ask about Invisalign treatment- DO NOT GO TO FOR INVISALIGN! Just my consult would have been $314 plus the treatment of $2000. This is a rip off. The worst one I’ve ever heard. Smile Doctors in Knoxville offers FREE consults with $1200 treatment cost. This was ridiculous and hilarious to hear.
