Great company to do business with. I have been renting from my landlord for about 7 years. They just recently switched a few years ago to using this company for property management. We had had several issues with appliances and other things and they have been super efficient with getting someone out to fix it.
This Property Management Company gave me a chance after I had been through the most trying difficulties of my life. They believed in me when I felt like no one else did. They gave me a chance. They have upheld there parts of the lease to the fullest. At first I thought the apartment was going to be extremely out of date but they definitely have my unit up to date. They have been Angels for my family and myself. I do pay my rent on time every single month though. They have an easy process for maintenance repairs to be done through an app and to pay your rent. Excellent staff!!
