Great location and vibes! Noel is a true expert.
Noel is fabulous! We've worked together online a few times as I'm based in Los Angeles, but even with the distance I've learned a lot. He is highly knowledgeable in how to properly prepare and warm up the body for movement, and has a lovely energy. I wish I could experience his hands on work, but hopefully one day. I'm excited to continue learning from him and sharing it with my students and teachers here in Los Angeles!! Highly recommend
My Rolf movement session with Noel was great! His combination of thought provoking exercises and hands on bodywork gave me new and unique insights to my body. I highly recommend this for anyone looking for ways to move better or manage pain
