Let me start by saying that we have been customers for awhile here, and all of the hygienists, Including the lady I saw yesterday for my appointment have been courteous and professional. The front receptionist, Hannah, was also very polite and kind. My husband and I work in an industry where customer service is very crucial. I myself have been in the retail industry for years. The House Dental office is highly professional and they also make you feel welcomed . Dr House is a great dentist, I am a very appreciative at how patient he and his dental assistant are , I am not an easy patient. They always make me feel at ease. Dr House always tries to save your teeth even when it takes a long time to do it. His office staff are very helpful and really work hard to accommodate your needs. And they are also very welcoming.
Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Ella is special needs and has had a hard time for years finding a dentist who knows how to help special people. I think this office is the best ever. We're looking forward to getting to know them better and having Ella get the care she needs.
House Dental was able to see my daughter and create a plan to assist her when no one else could! They worked expertly with her and her special needs! Thank you!
