My window fell out while tilting to clean in sept 2023.they were supposed to find me a part…it is now March 2024, and I have not heard anything..very rude woman working in office..treated me very badly on more than 1 occasion. Owner not helpful….no one returns calls…very inconsiderate..do not deal with this business…they will sell you products,but when you have a problem,they disappear off the face of the earth!!!!!
They were very kind and helpful. They came out very promptly for service and installation. I highly recommend that you give them a call for any renovations or updates to your house. They are very reasonable on pricing and locally owned
