Contracted with House Doctors to install rock wall to protect shoreline from erosion at a significant price . The work that was performed created more erosion than we’ve ever experienced on this shoreline. The lawn has heaved up along the entire shoreline, even in places where we’ve never had erosion issues. The contractor is not standing behind his work and remedying the situation . We are being charged more money for him to level the soil along the shoreline. There are no guarantees this is going to solve the problem.
From a lay point, I had thought they had done a wonderful job, but I encountered problems after with water leaking into my house. They had not placed a membrane between the terracing and house and water leaked in through the siding. I had tried 3 times to reach them and my calls were ignored. They obviously don't back up their work. A gentleman who does landscaping inspected. and some will have to be ripped out and redone.
