I had called and set up an appointment with House Doctors to give me an estimate for a deck repair job. At the appointed time, they didn't show up or call. I called the company and left a voice message, asking what happened. They didn't even bother to return my call. This is rude and unprofessional. House Doctors Handyman were wonderful. Can't say enough good things about them. They did some repairs in my house--inside and out. The service rep was very professional--cleaned up after himself, very polite and showed up on time. The owner, Brian, is great to work with. Highly recommend.

House doctors has helped several of our insurance agency customers with great work and service. In one example, a customer's home had been broken into, the door was broken. House doctors was there literally within hours to secure the door, then shortly thereafter did all the repairs. In another case, a landlord (who is out of the country) tenant damaged their home. We have contracted House Doctors of Mason to do several jobs from roof repair to installing hardwood floors and their work has been excellent. Their employees have completed the work timely and in a very professional manner. I would highly recommend.
