House Doctors, fixed my chimney and replaced some rotting wood at my house in July of 2022. Shortly after replacing/painting the wood, I noticed that the wood was bleeding brown spots through the white paint. I contacted them and they came back and painted it again. It bled through again and I have been contacting them since September of last year to get this fixed and have heard one story after another, however they have not come back and made this right. Everyone is pleasant to deal with. Timely, clean in working, do not leave a "mess", helpful, cooperative, knowledgeable. As a woman I truly dislike being "talked down to" and this isn't an issue. Everything has been done properly, nothing has been "make do". No corners cut. The associates answer questions and take direction, each one I have had do work has been very professional. House Doctors are personable and professional. The prices match the estimate as much as possible. The work is completed in a timely manner and they clean up the work space. I am very pleased with the experience and look forward to other opportunities for their assistance in my home.
"I felt like Deborah really wanted to help me with the need I had to repair my deck. The specialist she sent to my house, Rocco was very friendly and knowledgeable regarding the problems with the deck work that had previously been done. Unfortunately I could not afford to do the repair work as estimated by House Doctors due to an unexpected need to replace my garage door! I will however call back and hire House Doctors when I have the funds to do the deck repair work that was recommended :-)"
