Elwin and Victor arrived on time and did an excellent job replacing the exterior window shutters. They were very professional, we had a pleasant experience dealing with Elwin from the quotation through the job execution and billing process. Elwin is very knowledgeable, and offered useful suggestions to fix some problems he noticed on the exterior of our house. This dude has terrible customer service skills. I called to get a quote for my sister that lives in NJ. Elvin was rude and dismissive like I didn’t know what I was talking about. I’d never use this guy. UPDATE: He claims there's no record of my visit, but I clearly stated that I called him. I also didn't decide to move forward with him because he was rude, so there would be no record of any work done. This response is just another example of why I'd never hire him.
He did mold remediation for my house, but he didn't get rid of all of it. I ended up having to call another company to finish the job.
BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.... My aunt called to get an estimate. They never got back to her so I called to follow-up. The guy that I spoke to emphatically claimed he never got her call which I knew wasn't true because I was there when she called. I would have rather that he just apologized. At that point, I didn't trust him so I decided to move on to a different company.
He completed mold remediation at my mother's house. They did the job but it was way overpriced.
