Owner, David Ramos, from the very beginning was friendly, very knowledgeable, quick to get me a quote, answered any questions, was very accommodating with my schedule (and possible changes due to predicted heavy rain) and termite situation. Issac was very professional and thorough. Excellent smooth and easy experience. Highly recommend!
I had a great experience with House Doctor Exterminating! Dave was very helpful in explaining all the details and answering my questions so I knew exactly what to expect. Isaac was patient and very nice when he came out to spray for termites — he took his time and made sure everything was done right. Just finished up 5 year contract. Will be renewing. Annual inspections are convenient to schedule. Treatment appointments were timely and thorough. Polite, on time, and competent.
