House Depot installed an HVAC (Inmagic) in 2023. I have been emailing them for service - no response. They were more than happy to supply and install new HVAC for $7,000.00 - but aren't nearly as responsive to provide maintenance.
Unprofessional and overpriced. You’re better off hiring someone else.
I had to call three times to get an update. No communication, no follow-up, just frustration.
HVAC system stopped working right after their “repair.” Not worth the money or time.
