I had a poor experience with this contractor for my central forced-air HVAC system in a suburban home. The issue was that the AC was running continuously but not cooling the house properly, especially on the second floor. Mark is thorough and did a phenomenal job troubleshooting the Magic-Pak (heat/AC) unit in the condo. Highly recommend!
