Updated Review: I’ve been a loyal attendee at House Concepts and usually love the experience — the space is clean, modern, and the amenities are top-tier. Most of the classes I’ve taken, especially in the Guest House, have been great, though I do wish instructors had elevated stages so we could follow along better when lying down. Digging House Concepts! Absolutely love Coach Kelly’s boxing class! She brings the full package. Cardio, strength, technique, and nonstop energy. It’s a full-tilt workout every time, and she somehow manages to keep it all super fun and accessible on all levels. Plus, she’s just a genuinely kind, awesome human! Five stars all the way!

Five stars ✨ not only for amenities and instructors, but for Kelly specifically she’s simply the best in the city! I’d rate her as the top instructor around. She’s got it all – the perfect coordination of movements, great music choices, and a sharp eye for technique. She doesn’t just lead the class, she’s present with everyone: correcting form, checking in, encouraging, and acknowledging every effort.
