When I called, I spoke with Jobee who took the time to talk with me about what I needed done. I was also able to send her pictures while we were talking so she understood what was going to be needed. She then sent me a checklist and thoroughly explained what would be done, gave me a very reasonable quote for the task, AND I was able to book the service with her at that time over the phone with no hassle!
