I was there due to a vehicle recall. Once they have the necessary parts, their parts and service departments are very knowledgeable, kind, as timely as possible and great hospitality!! They shuttled me back home and next day, offered to pick me up to get my vehicle. They offer a 24 point safety check, very nice, complimentary. However, their hourly rates are less than desirable, I understand though- it's the nature of the beast, as they say.

Honestly, I thought since this was a bigger dealership that it’d be run more efficiently and professionally. I first began my interaction at drop off by stating “I have a warranty, and whatever is not covered in my warranty DO NOT TOUCH IT. My brother in law is a mechanic and will fix it for half the price.” My car sat all week in the shop. The first phone call I received had told me what WAS and WAS NOT covered in my warranty. Since moving to Owatonna, I've been a loyal customer of House Chevrolet and have always had amazing customer service until recently. Be aware! They've implemented a 3.2% charge as of February 2021 if you choose to pay with a credit card for parts or service. This type of policy seems antiquated and out of touch with payment trends.
