Incredible service from Kim working on Sunday 5th of April. So helpful engaging and I’m floored by the service received after having some poor service from another shop in Mandurah Forum.
Everyone of there staff i have spoken with are so nice and friendly. Return policy is very reasonable and understanding
Such friendly & helpful ladies in the store on holiday Monday 29th Sept. I am delighted with my Baccarat pans. An addition to the frying pan I bought a while ago. Going back to look at knives & maybe a coffee machine. They even located a trolley to load my purchases into.
I can't rate highly enough the service we received today by the lovely ladies who assisted us, they were very understanding of an error made by myself in misreading labels. Added with their appropriate level of assistance, perfect answers to tricky questions & overall great bargains in their current sales - we will be back.
