Bought Japanese Knives. The Staff Roomaan and Haanee helped me find really good knives.
I’ve shopped here many times and there used to be nice staff but recently, I was treated so horribly by this lady that has similarities to a certain one nation leader… she was so pushy, demanding and judgey and made my shopping experience horrible. I saw her be rude to everyone. I had a middling view of House but now I know I’ll never come back and will warn all my friends never to shop at any of the House stores. Even at 70% off, it's not worth your money.
My wife and I just spend $$ at your store and felt insulted when we were asked to pay $1.50 for a bag. Your store should proud that we as customers would carry your printed logo bags to to promote your brand without being paid a fee for free advertising. Hope you would change you policy on bag charges
