Ric came out promptly, was knowledgeable and explained every step of what he was doing. He quickly completed the job. We were left more than satisfied. Highly recommended.
I called House Calls yesterday evening. I was told that Ric could come to my home today at 2:00. As always, he was punctual. He just left and my air conditioner is working perfectly now! It needed Freon, and he checked the lines for me, and everything is operating well now. The temperature has already dropped 4° in the last half hour! Ric and Kim are so friendly, and Ric is thorough and efficient. He is always honest and very fair. We highly recommend them for your HVAC or appliance repair needs.
I called and spoke with Kim and she scheduled Ric to come out the very next day. He arrived on time was extremely kind, helpful and professional. He fixed my washing machine with no extra parts and told me that if I needed anything in the future he’d be happy to help out. I also mentioned a problem with my Kitchen Aid stove, which he will also repair. I highly recommend House Calls!
Kim was very supportive and friendly with scheduling and Rick’s repair services were quick, straightforward, and pleasant! all around stellar service that i would certainly request again.
These guys are the best. I’ve used them several times and have always had excellent service. They are a family business and I highly recommend them.
