When I knew it was time to let go of my 16 year old friend, Dr. was compassionate and talked me through what was happening and gave me good advice because I needed a little more time with her. When I left a message he called me back in an hour and coordinated a time for our appointment. I appreciate that he has to travel and can only see so many clients in a day. The Dr was kind, prompt, and very easy to work with. I will be using him from now on!
I see 6 reviews all great. He might be. I texted him. He said to call leave messageand he return call. . I did. He was out his office til Sunday afternoon. I called today Saturday 10th. Left 2 voicemails. He didn't return them. Just a call would of been appreciated. I took my dog to traverse city this eve. Had him put down. 5 star review so far but I'm sorry not to get at least a call back isn't 5 star site.
He saved my grandsons dogs life last Christmas season,, it didn't matter that it was weekend or that we'd never called him before, he recognized it was a life threatening situation and was there within hours. Over the next 2 weeks he went above what anyone would expect to ensure we didn't have a tragic Christmas. I will forever be grateful for him.
