Appointment booked successfully then got a text message 2 hours later saying the Dr was booked out. Don’t bother

Don't bother unless you are beyond Desperate, quick to take your money for a consult that doesn't take place until hours later with a doctor who seems to have no clue and is not interested in really helping at all, then finally getting told you will receive a script that doesn't come, and then calling to see where it is, only to be told, they they will email doctor, who doesn't seem to care about responding, so still nowhere hours later.

Seriously not even sure if this service is still running. Booked a request in a serviced area and received no response at all. After a few hours I tried to call them only to be on hold for 1h 34m.....decided "hey maybe they are busy I will use the online form instead" I am still waiting on a response two days later. I am reporting this agency to QLD health, if they receive any taxpayer funding they should be shut down.

Don't waste your time. Tried to use the Telehealth option on my Windows computer. It doesn't know how to use Teams or Zoom, only old services like Skype. Was trying to setup a Skype account, it didn't like my MasterCard-backed Debit Card, and you can't do a free trial with PayPal. Eventually setup Skype, then just waited on hold forever.
