Waited 3 hours to see Dr which no-one turned up pathetic very poor service never again they need to make big improvements
Advised by my Drs clinic to use this service. So I call and get told our local Doctor is unable to assist. Now off to hospital ED to get antibiotics for a bad infection. Call Dr is a placebo.
Would give no stars if possible. Last 7 times I’ve called in relation to my children and myself, we’ve been cancelled on.
Called at exactly 6pm when they opened - got a text over 7.5 hours at 1.35am later to say no doctor would be coming? No answer on the phone when I tried to get an update. Terrible, non-existent service!
