Very disappointed with the experience. I came to House and Party to get balloons for a special occasion, and when I got home , my not even an hour later , the number 5 balloon had completely deflated. I went back to the store politely to ask if it could be reinflated or replaced, and instead of offering any help or basic customer service, the woman immediately accused me of damaging it. Lovely ladies/owners of this store. Always up for a friendly chat. Popped in to get mini micro bead LED copper wire lights ... as l was making another letterboard with a marquee-style light-up frame. I drilled holes in the wooden frame and inserted the cooper wire lights through and added some round clear bulbs to complete the look. Friendly service & great variety. THANKYOU!

Been here many times. They are prone to overcharging on a card as they always round up.illegal on a card. I have fought them over this with the response it's was the cash register does. It only happens at Altona the Sunshine store is great. It might only be a couple of cents per customer but it would add up
