Sophia G was very courteous. She did not ask me about certain rooms to not touch. She just did them and that let me know she was willing to help. She let me know she loves cats which helped me out because I have several. I have worked with Dawna and Sophia and they both are very kind people. Dawna also goes out of her way to be nice to the cats. Sophia is polite and kind.
Cheyenne and Shelby did a move-out cleaning for one of my clients who had just moved after 40 years. They made the house sparkle and paid attention to everything I asked them to. I would highly recommend them!
Cheyenne and Erica were great and were working diligently. Areas of the home were very clean! I leave a 4 star as opposed to 5, not because of the cleaners. I’ve had a “regular” cleanings before and that is usually surface level—as to be expected. This was a scheduled deep clean with added extras for an additional cost. This led me to believe it include at least the surface of all agreed upon rooms to be cleaned and because I paid extra for stove and windows this would all be taken care of without negotiation. Jessica did an amazing job with my apartment deep clean. She was very attentive and thorough with all areas of my apartment and made sure to pay extra attention to areas I requested. Everything was spotless and looked like brand new. It was worth every penny! I would definitely book the deep clean again!
Ally did an awesome job. She was very thorough. My house hasn’t been this clean in years. I would not hesitate to have Arbor Trail clean my house. Very happy. Thank you Ally!
