UPDATE: We had excellent service from two women who have left the company. Since then, the housekeepers that have been sent haven't come close to the standard we're used to. One left basically everything uncleaned and let our cat escape without telling us. The other was friendly and did a better job of cleaning but didn't do any of the floors, put half an avocado in the dishwasher (?), and brought her brother to help her. Had a zoom call to get an estimate, which seemed to go well. I described what I wanted, which was to have my house cleaned and not half a$$ed since I can do that myself and if I am paying for it, I want it done right. She assured me that they would do a good job. The first time there were 2 cleaners and there was a lot of stuff missed. The master bath shower had not been done at all, other things weren't done perfectly, but one of the ladies said since I hadn't had cleaning done regularly, it wasn't going to be perfect right... read more
