I think Mike changed the name of his company. I once wrote a review for his work when it was ACL painting, but I can't find it so I will write another. Mike has done several projects for us over the years. He has done interior painting, removed popcorn from ceilings, and did a great job on a new fire door. Mike is professional and skilled and hard working. On top of that, he's super friendly and very funny. He and his son do a great job and we recommend their services to anyone.
Michael gave me an estimate and began working on the work the next day. He was prompt, professional and friendly. His estimate was fair and he completed his work ahead of schedule. He painted the walls on a full approx 2200 sq ft home, and touched up minor repairs. Once paint was completed he would even call to check make sure everything was okay and if any areas needed touch up.
ACL Painting/House and Home Property Advisors owner Michael Ramirez recently painted my extended soffits, facia, double garage doors, and back door. Much of the existing paint was peeling and required extensive scraping/sanding, and the paint on the garage and back doors was heavily oxidized. Michael and Mario, a member of his crew did an amazing job and I couldn’t be more pleased. Not only did they do a great job of painting, they were a pleasure to work with - professional and personable as well!
We hired ACL Painting to do our Kitchen, Livingroom, and Dinning room. When we first contacted Mike, we were in the early stages of trying to figure out what kind of paint, how much paint, etc... and Mike was patient and happy to help with all our questions.
