Really poor form. Regular customer here. I was literally there 2 minutes before close and a girl was about to close the roller doors as I approached and I asked her if I could grab what I need because I know exactly what I want. She refused “because I want to go home.” I told her this is the third time I’ve come and I won’t have an opportunity for at least another week and I really need this shampoo. She still refused. I came all the way to Woodgrove for this shampoo in horrible 40° heat, but clearly getting home two minutes... read more

Horrible experience, I went in today to buy myself a new cutting board to find out later at checkout the only form off transaction is eftpos. As a retail store I think if you want to make sales you need to accept cash and card. Especially myself who only carrys cash and no card. Due to you declining my cash I ended up walking out in disappointment of customer service and I felt so little because you wouldn't except my cash to buy a chopping board.
