Beware. They scam you when you try to get a refund by saying they gave you a free product that you were not provided thus you can’t return the actual product you purchased because you have not returned the “invisible free product” you were given.
All staff have always looked after me and my wife. I love cooking so I'm in this store once a week, For a small store they have great range and I have always been offered help.
Unfortunately on two separate occasions I have been met with rude staff service, I will shop elsewhere, The older lady with the short black Bob really needs to work on her customer service, I give people the benefit of the doubt but after two bad interactions there is no excuse.
Wouldn’t accept my cash. I really feel for the staff having to abide by this idiotic policy. The upper management of this company are a disgrace.
