All staff have always looked after me and my wife. I love cooking so I'm in this store once a week, For a small store they have great range and I have always been offered help.
Unfortunately on two separate occasions I have been met with rude staff service, I will shop elsewhere, The older lady with the short black Bob really needs to work on her customer service, I give people the benefit of the doubt but after two bad interactions there is no excuse.
Wouldn’t accept my cash. I really feel for the staff having to abide by this idiotic policy. The upper management of this company are a disgrace.
Extremely poor customer service, no refunds on items after 24hours, yet no visible sign to advise this (illegal). The older female staff member made it extremely difficult for me and wouldn’t call the manager. I was asked to call the customer service hotline from outside of the store. An absolute dis-service. Was told the manager would call me back and never did. Will not be shopping there ever again.
