Some bullets: - 20 minute hold to get a phone call answered inc'l making an appt - staff called with safety instructions asked me to call back, left no name, no extension, said they must speak with me at least 1 day prior to appt....Call back 3X; wait 20 minutes each time, they disconnected me(hung up) 1st try, 2nd try tech is with a patient and 3rd effort - never mind we will talk to you when you get here. - Arrive at appt time - turns out they lied - appt was not at 8:30 they say it was arrv at ... read more
