I called this company to do an estimate of re-piping a house I was buying. I sent my realtor across town to let him into the residence. The guy said he would send me an estimate. He never did. Setup a next day estimate / install for 8am as my current water heater began leaking from the tank and needed to be replaced. Was happy with the fast initial response/ scheduling, and what seemed like a fair estimate... currently being on 7/12 work schedule / nightshift... with 2 roomates I dont want having to take cold showers. How can you trust a plumber that won't give an estimate over the phone? If a customer needs a main drain rod, you should be able to give a price for that.
