If I could give a 10 star I would . Hours plumbing is the only plumber who came to us even if we don't have power . They came with generator and took care of our back up sewage . You guys don't know how thankful we were. Thank you so much . They are very respectful. You guys save us . 6 days now without power but atleast we have no back up problem anymore . Call them if you have emergency like us .They will give you a fair price.
Worst Company Ever! Had a Gas Piping Job Done and it was So Bad - had to have a Professional Co. Redo All The Connections as they were All Leaking due to Bad Termination Cuts at Each End. No Call Backs or Response to Any Messages. I try to support our Businesses but Will Never use a Contractor like that again for anything. Was the Final Straw in me "Trying" to Support Our Businesses. Extremely Unprofessional.....
I highly recommend Hours Plumbing. We have used their services for all of our properties and there hasn’t been any issues. The owner explained the process in detail and suggested additional services that were needed to ensure that our basements wouldn’t backup. During the worst storms, our tenants have not submitted work orders for plumbing issues.
