BE CAREFUL BUYING FROM THIS PLACE I’ve used Hours of Flowers before and have had good experiences. This time, I ordered a custom arrangement for a birthday and picked it up Saturday at 4 PM. The bouquet looked beautiful when I left the store, and I was excited to bring it to the celebration. The flowers remained in my car inside my garage until delivery around 8:30 PM.
