Totally disappointing. Funereal arrangements. Flowers were wilted arrangement looked disheveled! No symmetry. Totally not at all like the picture selected on FTD!
Had an incredible experience on Mother's Day here!! Austin is the best! He helped me pick out a custom bouquet for my mom - he was so helpful and guided me where I could find the freshest flowers but helped my vision come to life. Let me tell you this was the most beautiful bouquet I've ever seen once he put it together.. I'll be back for future events for sure!
A bit disappointing, I have used your florist for many years and many family occasions, and always was delighted with the arrangements you sent for me. I sent a Mothers Day arrangement this past Friday, and when I was there yesterday, every rose in the arrangement was shriveled and hanging over the vase almost dead. Your arrangements used to thrive for a good week on my parents counter, I was disappointed and a little embarrassed yesterday.
