I’ve used Hours of Flowers before and have had good experiences. This time, I ordered a custom arrangement for a birthday and picked it up Saturday at 4 PM. The bouquet looked beautiful when I left the store, and I was excited to bring it to the celebration. The flowers remained in my car inside my garage until delivery around 8:30 PM. Ordered flowers for my mother in law for her birthday and she loved them! The flowers were beautiful and it was so easy — I literally ordered them online while I was on the train heading to work and they got to her before lunch!
