Protip: NEVER book an appointment at NYU Langone. You will never get good quality care and you will be taken for a ride when it comes to scheduling and billing. As I have said in a previous review of this same building - nobody does a good job here except for the valet guys and the fact that it is so crowded that they need a valet service is telling. Dr Aman Houraizadeh is skilled, compassionate and informative. Uniformly demonstrates a keen interest in positive outcomes for his patients. I refer my own patients to him as well as being a patient of his a real “ doctors’ doctor.”

Beware of the new billing practices of NYU. They now bill all procedures such as at home sleep studies through NYU Hospital. So now a $250 proceducre with a $35 copay turns aout to be a $9000 bill with a much larger out of pocket. I also asked how much before it would be and they never called just sent it to me and told me to do it. Now I a being hounded for payment by the hospital billing. Be careful for all with high deductibles and large co insurances. This is fraud waste and abuse
