Natalie has been wonderful to work with, she has been helping me achieve my fitness goals with her creative workout programs. I am going on three months with HourGlass at their YorkDale location and I am loving every minute of it. What other workout would make me EXCITED to get up at 5AM to have my arms whipped into shape by the fit and fabulous Judy, or TTC over after a long day at work to have Mrs. Rubylicious herself and the amazing Ahmah'kyah kick my butt into high gear.
