The level of love that I hold for Hourglass and owner Leni, is truly unexplainable. Hourglass has been my addiction since day one. I started my fitness journey here and will most likely finish my fitness journey here. The workout is super intense and works out parts of the body you never knew you could but I wouldn't have it any other way. The strength and confidence I have built is amazing and life changing. Leni by far is hands down amazing.... her workouts suit every fitness level. I would without a doubt recommend her since i have been coming to her on and off for 5+ years
