Queen, I've been there: Overweight, confused, overwhelmed, obsessive, lost. Before I became a personal trainer, I was 155 pounds with 46% body fat, almost half my weight in FAT - 67 pounds. I LOVE THIS GYM!! The privacy of it, the freedom of space, it's a vibe! I’ve been going to Hourglass for almost a year now and I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. It has everything I need to get a great workout in and Crystal (owner) is constantly adding more equipment/accessories. You can play your own music on the speakers, and amplify it on non business hours. One of my favorite amenities is the InBody scanner, which I use biweekly to track my weight, muscle mass and bf%. First time going to an all women's gym and it was delightful! Felt clean, safe, and no judgements. It has all the equipment I need and even has an access code to enter so you can go straight to working out. Crystal was very nice & welcoming, I will be returning!
My new favorite gym ✨ Hourglass is so cute, feminine, and very catered to women which I love! The owner is so sweet and definitely cares about her customers, I highly recommend and will be coming back 🫶🏻
I found this gym through Classpass and I’m so happy I decided to give it a chance. I love that it’s an all women’s gym and I can get my workouts done without any problems! Whenever I have had any questions, comments, or concerns Crystal has been very helpful and so nice whenever I see her in the gym.
I personally love coming to this gym for the fact that I can get my workouts done quicker and not have to wait for a machine like at a public gym. Also a big fan of all the equipment! Hoping for other booty builder brand machines one day.
