The staff is incredibly unprofessional, this did not seem like the welcoming atmosphere they claim to promote.
I absolutely love this gym! The all-women environment makes it feel so comfortable, welcoming, and empowering. Everyone is so supportive, and there’s no judgment — just women motivating each other to be their best. The space is always clean and the equipment is great. It’s honestly the best place to work out and focus on yourself. Highly recommend to any woman looking for a positive and encouraging gym!
I’m so glad I discovered this place! I booked a free consultation with Crystal and she kicked my butt and since then I’ve really made progress here! Not to mention the place is so aesthetic and cute and always super clean. All the equipment is really nice and new too. Having a girls only, 24/7 access gym is the best—thank you Crystal!!!
