I’m so glad I discovered this place! I booked a free consultation with Crystal and she kicked my butt and since then I’ve really made progress here! Not to mention the place is so aesthetic and cute and always super clean. All the equipment is really nice and new too. Having a girls only, 24/7 access gym is the best—thank you Crystal!!!

I decided to try out Hourglass Lab due to being a beginner at weight training and since I’m pretty shy this atmosphere is great for me. It’s open 24hrs so it accommodates on my schedule. I’m looking forward for the next upcoming year I will be coming here!

I really enjoyed my experience at Hourglass Lab! It was so much fun, and I loved that it’s an all-girls gym it felt comfortable and empowering. The meal plans they provided were amazing and easy to follow. The space is super clean, private, and welcoming. I left feeling motivated and excited to keep going back!

I absolutely love it here! The atmosphere at Hourglass Lab is so welcoming and positive. Everyone is friendly and polite, which makes working out such a great experience. On my very first day, another girl told me “have a great workout,” and it honestly set the tone for how respectful and encouraging the environment is. People are considerate about the equipment too—if they need something, they’ll always ask kindly instead of just hovering.
