I bought a motorcycle here a year ago and have had it serviced at this location twice now. The service staff is so accommodating and friendly.
*UPDATE* I want to be give a big shout out to Kyle Campbell and Mike Etheredge and Mark Bellows at Hourglass Cycles for hooking me up with yet another new bike. Got a good deal, and they are always a pleasure to work with... It's also a fun place to hang out and they are puppy friendly! I tend to be impulsive and "want what I want when I want it", and they take that in stride and so far, have always accommodated and got me taken care of. I've been to Hour Glass several times for service, most recently for an electrical problem that was difficult to diagnose. At first they though the problem was the display panel. When the panel arrived it turned out the problem was not in the panel. The did right by me by refunding the cost of the panel and letting me know the issue was elsewhere. I would 100% bring my bike back to Hour Glass for service and buy there when it's time to upgrade the BMW . When you find a good and honest shop you have to support them.
This place is closed forever.
