Su is the best!!!! She altered a last minute problem I had with my dress. She helped me come up with solutions, gave me options and ideas, was communicative and transparent. My dress is perfect now. Everyone I interacted with at this location was friendly and helpful. Thank you again you’ve gained a loyal customer!!!
I had a bad experience taking a down jacket to have a zipper replaced last week. The seamstress cut the fabric along where the zipper is. The jacket is ruined. Down Feathers coming out constantly. Its a Calvin Klein, and my travel jacket. I got my $$ back, however I was critisized for having feelings about my coat being ruined. I will NEVER take my clothes there again. Terrible customer service, they did not take responsibility for ruining my $80 jacket!!! Customer beware of the seamtresses.
