I had the opportunity to work with Hour Family for two years. I worked in the position of Observer and eventually Program Coordinator. The Owner was very accommodating with employees, he sought to encourage a positive work experience and atmosphere for clients. I must respond to the negative review presented by Simone Bennett. I had the honor of working with Hour Family for 3 1/2 years. If you are coming as a client or looking to be hired, know that you will be treated with respect. It was by far the best work environment I have ever been at. The owner and the office manger were so helpful and taught me many great things that I will take with me. The staff that they hire are loving and companionate, but fair. I had the privilege to learn and grow and wish them nothing but growth and happiness. Best, J. Smith
