I had amazing customer service by Kyle & Rebecca today! My MODO frames were purchased at another shop and I had taken them in twice for repairs with no real improvement. I was fed up with the crappy customer service and hassle of coming in multiple times. I called Hour Eyes Opitcal and came in today. After looking at the glasses, Rebecca & Kyle said the frames were defective, gave me a new frame, and installed my new lenses without asking for any money and all done in 20 mins. Shout out to Hours Eyes Optical! The nose pad on my glasses broke and I went to check on my options ( I bought the frames there). The frames are silhouettes which have components that can be ordered. Instead tho, they swapped out a bridge from a lens they had in store and I have a "new" pair of glasses - all complimentary and in such a short time. <3 and much thanks!!
