I loved my hour cycle class with Aaren! It was ladies of R&B theme and she really kept the motivation up! What a great way to start my day, I will definitely come back especially with her as my instructor! Loved her commentary and enjoyed the steadiness of her routine. The studio itself is clean and comforting, truly a no judgement zone! 10/10 recommend!
I had a R&B ride with Aaren as my instructor. It was so much fun with and she kept me motivated throughout the ride. The playlist was top tier too! I highly recommend booking a ride with her.
