Wonderful and outstanding service. Simon and Phil are very helpful, honest and friendly. I was given a courtesy car whilst my car was being repaired. I was kept informed at every stage, my insurance claim was also handled very efficiently. We are lucky to have this garage at our doorstep. I will definitely use them again and I will also get my car serviced here.

I went to five different repair shops and had five different quotes and ‘ooohs’ and ‘aaahs’ ranging from ‘yeah I can bang that out’ to ‘it can’t be fixed’ and ‘you’ll need new doors’. Two were adamant that anyone who says the doors can be repaired ‘has no idea and they wouldn’t be right’. I finally went to Hounslow Coach Works and whilst they weren’t the cheapest they were far from the most expensive. They were also straight talking and I felt confident they could do the job.
