Go to the Hound! you won't be sorry! I was one of the 44 people that ate at the Houndstooth listed in the comment by A.R. titled "group nightmare", and in their defense, the restaurant was originally told that there would be 20/22 people dining. At the last minute we decided to have spouses join us, which swelled it to 44, and to compound our error we showed up over an hour late...the third waitress went home after waiting 45 minutes for us to show. A group nightmare I recently dined at this restaurant with a large group (44 people) and was disappointed with the service. The management of this restaurant was lacking considering that there were only 2 waitresses for a total of 44 people. The waitresses did what they could with that number of people. It took about 10-20 minutes to get drinks for our table and about 30-40 minutes for them to take our order. Needless to say our food took more than one hour to receive. Houndtooths Grill is an Excellent find! I Read the reviews of area restaurants because I knew we were going to be in this area meeting family. We were so wonderfully surprised by the service & atmosphere and of course the food. Not only was it delicious, the presentation was 5 star! I highly recommend if you are in the area to visit the Houndstooths Grill! The stuffed mushrooms are some of the best I have ever had, everything is very fresh. Enjoy!

Great lunch specials and atmosphere! My workplace frequents this restaurant for its upscale atmosphere, quick lunch service and wide-ranging menu. The salads are always fresh, a homemade quiche hits the spot for some and their classic dinner menu is represented for a reasonable price at lunch. Try the fried green tomatoes and save room after the bread!

what a great find This place is an amazing hidden treasure. I've never had such good fried oysters this far from the ocean. Their vegetables and sides were amazing also. I can't wait to go back and try something else.
