I made an appointment with Warren from Houndstooth Painting for a walk through on the day that worked for his schedule. I texted him to confirm the day before and he never responded. I called him at the time of the appointment, got him on the phone and he just casually told me he wasn't going to be able to make it. Even though I moved my schedule around to accommodate him and was waiting for him to arrive. He even mentioned that he had seen my text confirming our appointment.
