I made an appointment with Warren from Houndstooth Painting for a walk through on the day that worked for his schedule. I texted him to confirm the day before and he never responded. I called him at the time of the appointment, got him on the phone and he just casually told me he wasn't going to be able to make it. Great experience hiring Houndstooth to paint the interior of my 1 bedroom apartment, including walls, closets, and doors. Warren made each stage of the project stress-free, from providing the necessary building paperwork, recommending appropriate paint finishes and wall repair, communicating his progress, and being open and responsive to my questions.
