We traveled to Wilmington for a day trip and needed a safe place to drop off our golden retriever Josie for the day because she couldn’t come with us on our stops. I’m so glad we found Hounds Town. Do not go here. It stinks. It smells like ammonia upon entering and appeared unsanitary. The owner has an aggressive dog that jumps at the window and looks like it will attack. My dog was boarded here only because I was in a bind. I received was from animal control that my dog was urinating blood. He was not urinating blood before hand. He was not urinating blood afterwards. They called the animal control on me. Not one call from the establishment. I wasn’t shown a photo of blood. We use Hounds Town each time we come and visit our daughter and our dog, Tug loves it! He gets the interaction he needs and people are so nice !
Max had a great time during his visit to the doggy day care. Great hospitality by the staff and felt very comfortable with placing him in their care and supervision !! Will definitely use their services soon !!
