Everyone was friendly and they give detailed instructions
We have always been so nervous to board our dog due to his anxiety. We boarded with hounds town for the first time and we could not be happier. We got daily pictures and they even took his birthday pictures! Absolutely amazing staff, and i feel confident leaving my pup with them where i know he’s safe and loved. Thank you all!
Very good crew, nice and friendly for the most part. However, they are not the best with high energy dogs, probably starts from no outside space.
We love Hounds Town!!! Otis has been a frequent boarder since HTWF opened their doors. We love how happy he is when we drop him off and pick him up! The daily photos are always appreciated and the staff is so welcoming. Pro tip: Always make sure to get the blueberry wash!!
Hounds Town is absolutely AMAZING!! I got my baby, Buttercup, a grooming (they do offer boarding) and she looks so cute!! Mary did an excellent job and I’ve truly never seen Buttercup so open with a stranger! Will definitely be coming back!
