Wonderful people and a clean facility.
The owner and staff at Hounds Town Westchase are simply the best at caring for dogs (and cats!!). They are kind, caring, and always welcoming. My dog loves to go to daycare, and he clearly enjoys his “pupcations”. He was at another very good facility off Van Dyke when we lived in Land O Lakes, but this facility is just outstanding. They are a “don’t miss” when looking for someone to care for your fur babies!
I’ve been taking my sweet, energetic girl to Hounds Town since September 2024, and they are the only doggy daycare I trust with my pup!! You can tell they take such wonderful care of the dogs and they take pride in their work. Whenever I drop my dog off, she runs to the employees without even looking back at me!! Everyone I’ve encountered there are always so kind and welcoming!! And she always comes home happy and well-loved.
