The staff is very caring. My dog seems much more comfortable there than other places she's been in the past, and now I won't board her anywhere else!
My miniature poodle, Apollo, loves hounds town St.Charles! We first tried their daycare services. We met with the owner and introduced Apollo to the new environment. The owner and staff were extremely friendly and informative. I had a tonnnn of questions because I never left my pup with anyone outside of family and I’ve always heard bad things about other boarding places but they answered every last question and made me feel very comfortable. Our dog Hilda has gone to Hounds Town since she was 5 months old. The Hounds Town staff takes care of our Hilda like she is one of their family. I drop her off knowing she is taken care of…just like I would if my family watched her. 🐾🐾🐾
