The owners are wonderful people who are so kind and loving. I love how I am able to see pictures and video updates while I am on trips, seeing how happy my dog is. When we go on vacation, he is on vacation too! They are great with scheduling pick ups, and my dog always comes home so clean and refreshed. Thank you for all that you do!
It’s comical that they are offering free baths in return for five star reviews, makes sense since my doodle came home absolutely disgusting. Seems like the only option to take your dog home from this place is to add a bath on at the end because they are literally playing in their own and other dogs URINE and FECES all day. They barely take them to the outside area they have so your dog is forced to go indoors. Your dog will be absolutely filthy leaving this place. We love Houndstown of Smithtown! The staff is genuinely kind and attentive to the doggies. Our Linus absolutely loves everyone there and always has a blast playing with his friends. The Houndstown team is communicative and friendly. We're comforted knowing that he is safe and happy there. Highly recommend!
