My dog has the best time at day care and is always exhausted at the end of the day! I love the photos that the staff shares during the day. Staff is very pleasant and will always call me back if they miss my phone call!
Our dachshund Eloise had a great meet and greet at Houndstown. The staff was friendly and professional and answered all our questions. We will definitely be bringing her back to play!
Unsure how there are so many positive reviews about cleanliness. Picked my dog up from his second day of daycare there, and again, his feet absolutely stunk like pee. Called to complain and the girl on the phone told me that they cleaned him up before he left and he naturally would smell from playing with the other dogs. While waiting for them to get him from the back I looked through the viewing window and there were small dogs playing around in what looked like un cleaned floors with pee and poop. Hounds Town is fantastic, my dog Tank loves it. Everyone there is super nice and the facility is very clean. As soon as I pull in the parking lot, Tank starts getting excited to get out of the car. Once I open the car door, he beelines for the door. When I pick him up, he's completely exhausted and sooooo happy! I recommend the "exit bath" as well. I feel like it winds him down a bit from a full day of play. Thank you Hounds Town!
Great concept. Dogs play all day, instead of being couped up in crates.
