Best pet day care!!! Service was amazing! Everyone at the location was very friendly to humans and my pet!! Fast and easy check in process! My dog was very happy before and after pick up. Slept all night after from all the play time he had that day! Absolutely love it! Thank you!
Where do I begin??From my first intake call with Charlie, I could tell this team was super caring and adept. When I picked my boys up at the end of the first day with Bird and Rochelle, Charlie i could see they were super comfortable with them and had had a very fun day(They were literally smiling ear to ear )! Lovely facility, lovely people, and the doggies all looked happy. Would have no issue leaving my dog here for daycare or boarding.
We used Hounds Town for a few hours while visiting Orlando from Tampa. The staff was nice, and the facility itself seemed organized and well equipped. However, I could not get over the overwhelming urine smell that hits you as soon as you enter the building. The staff explained that the pups pee/poop in the play area, and someone is cleaning “every 5 minutes or so”. The entire facility is indoors, which explains the urine odor. We had our initial evaluation. The two women who walked our friendly dog through the process were obviously in love with dogs. Look forward to using them soon for day sitting.
