I would not come back to this facility, personally. The facility has a strong urine smell and when I picked up my dog he was completely sticky, from head to toe , and smelled like urine and slobber. I had to wrap him in my coat for our Uber ride back to the hotel and rinsed him throughly in the shower before letting him into the rest of the room, he smelled that bad after an 8 hour day there. This place is such a lifesaver — it’s less than 5 minutes from all the Universal parks, so it’s perfect if you’re visiting and need a safe, fun spot for your pups. Their prices are very reasonable and the whole facility is super clean. The dog suites are bright and pretty, and I love that they separate dogs by size for everyone’s comfort. We love Hounds Town Orlando – Universal Studios! They take care of our two mini dachshunds Milo&Coffee whenever we go to the parks, and it’s always such a great experience. The staff is super friendly, easy to book with, and always so welcoming. They even know our doggies by name now, which I love! Our pups have the best time playing and socializing — they always come home tired, happy, and full of love.
